Memorial & Special Occasion Gifts

Memorial and Special Occation gifts are recognized through a personal card sent to the person(s) you choose to honor.  Either gift acknowledgement names you as the donor without reference to the amount of your gift.  You receive a receipt from the hospital for your records.
