Support Groups
Lake Forest Hospital hosts and facilitates a number of support groups to help people gain the support, advice and understanding of others who are in similar situations or circumstance. All interested individuals, including survivors, patients, caregivers as well as family and friends, are encouraged to attend our support groups in order to exchange mutual support with others who face the same or similar challenges.
The support groups we host are offered free of charge unless otherwise indicated. Locations include:
- Patient Services and Health Education Center—Enter via the visitor’s parking lot at the hospital.
- Westmoreland Nursing Center Library—Located at 660 N. Westmoreland Road, just south of the hospital
- Administrative Conference Room—Located on the first floor of the Hospital’s South Wing. Please use the main hospital entrance.
